USA Customer Service Policy
ORDERS - All orders placed with Cliniqa Corporation
are subject to acceptance. Orders will
be confirmed via email or fax.
Lead times for orders will be stated in the confirmation. All orders must include a purchase order
number with dates certain for shipment.
Custom builds require acceptance by the customer of an allowance of 10%
over/under on the final build quantity.
Pricing will be reviewed annually or as is necessary based on economic
variables.
PAYMENT - Terms are net 30 days. A 1.5% monthly late charge will be added to
all account balances over thirty (30) days.
Payment should be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, money order or
cashiers check or by federal wire.
Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted.
FREIGHT - All shipments: F.O.B. Cliniqa Corporation,
San Marcos, CA. Freight delivered either collect or prepay and add. Where freight is collect a handling charge
will be added to cover materials and handling at Cliniqa.
SPECIAL HANDLING - All shipments are subject to a Special Handling/Box Charge. Shipments with dry ice are subject to a packing and handling charge. There is also a charge for
Animal Export USDA Certificates and U.N. Certified Hazardous Boxes.
RETURNS - Merchandise will not be accepted for
return, credit, or replacement without prior authorization by Cliniqa.
Notification for breakage, damage, incorrect product/quantity must be made
within ten (10) days of receipt of goods.
Cliniqa will provide a Return Goods Authorization(RGA) for qualified
returns. Return of custom products will
not be authorized if product meets specifications agreed upon prior to
shipment. Returns may be subject to a
restocking charge.
CONDITIONS OF SALE - Products are for research,
laboratory or further manufacturing use only and should not be used for human
therapeutic or diagnostic applications.
WARRANTY - Cliniqa warrants, to the original
purchaser only, that all products are of merchantable quality at the time of
sale. It is the sole responsibility of
the Buyer to establish the adequacy of all products for any particular intended
application, use or purpose.
Cliniqa’s sole responsibility is replacement of the unused
product, which is in the original container.
Such replacement shall constitute the Buyer’s sole remedy. Cliniqa assumes no responsibility for
consequential damages, either direct or indirect, resulting from the use of its
products.
No other warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the
suitability of Cliniqa products for any specific application or use is made by
Cliniqa.
Due to the nature of untreated plasma, loss of volume is
normal during filtration. Cliniqa
Corporation is not responsible for any losses incurred during a filtration
