Compass Bioscience, based in Duarte, California, specializes in the manufacture and development of human serum pools for use as controls, calibrators, standards and proficiency testing materials. King Diagnostics in Vista, California manufactures and distributes clinical chemistry and coagulation reagents, controls and calibrators. With the King acquisition, CLINIQA gains a second manufacturing and distribution facility. The offerings of both companies are synergistic with current CLINIQA product lines.
