Single donor or pooled. 4% sodium citrate plasma is defibrinated using a CaCl2/thrombin protocol using NalCoag® as a delipidizing agent. This is followed by gauze filtration and/or centrifugation and 0.2 µm filtration. Total protein: 4-8 g/dL by Biuret.
